Automation that takes repetitive work off your team

If your team copies data between apps, chases leads by hand or builds the same report every week, that work can usually run by itself. I connect the tools you already use and build the steps in between.

I use n8n where a visual workflow is enough, so you can see and change it yourself, and Python where the logic needs more.

What I build

Lead capture and follow-up

Enquiries from your website, forms or ads land in your CRM or sheet, with automatic replies and reminders for your team.

Reports and dashboards

Reports built from your data on a schedule and sent by email or chat, or a live dashboard instead.

Data sync between apps

Customers, orders and stock kept in step across the apps you use, with an alert when something fails.

AI steps inside workflows

Emails summarised, tickets sorted, and details pulled out of documents and scans as part of a workflow.

A good fit if…

  • Someone on your team spends hours a week copying data between apps.
  • Leads slip through because follow-ups depend on someone remembering.
  • Reports are put together by hand from several sources.
  • Documents arrive as PDFs or scans, and someone types the details in.

What you get

  • Working automations on your accounts, with logs and failure alerts
  • A short guide to what runs, when, and how to pause it
  • Simple workflows you can change yourself
  • Monitoring and fixes after launch, if you want them

How a project runs

  1. Free 30-minute call

Tell me what you need. I'll ask questions, suggest an approach and flag anything risky.

  2. Fixed quote

You get a written scope, timeline and price before any work starts. No hourly meter.

  3. Weekly demos

Every week you see working software, not a status report, and your feedback goes straight in.

  4. Handover & support

You own the code, accounts and documentation. I can keep it running after launch if you want.

Common questions

Which tools can you connect?

Most tools with an API or webhooks: CRMs, spreadsheets, email, chat apps, payment gateways and your own database. If a tool has no API, we look for an export or another route.

What happens when an automation fails?

Each workflow logs what it did and alerts you when a step fails, so a problem gets noticed and fixed instead of silently losing data.

Do I need to pay for n8n?

Not necessarily. n8n can run on a small server of your own, or you can use its cloud plan. I'll recommend whichever fits your volume and budget.

Can I change the workflows later?

Yes. Simple workflows are visual in n8n and I'll show you how to edit them; everything else is documented for whoever maintains it.

Have a project like this?

Tell me what you're trying to build. I reply within 24 hours, and after a short call you get a fixed quote.
